The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y 75 € fuera de ese horario. Las nuevas llaves deberán recogerse en nuestra oficina por parte del huésped. El día de la salida, no debe dejarse basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirar todos los residuos; de lo contrario, se aplicará una tarifa de 150 € por gestión de residuos. El registro de huéspedes es obligatorio por ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021 del 26 de octubre) y en Grecia (Ley 4446/2016).
