Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours will apply. Guests must collect their new key from our office. On the day of departure, no garbage should be left at the property, guests must remove all waste. Otherwise, a €150 waste management fee may be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
