🔑 Lost or Locked-In Keys In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest from our office. 🗑️ Waste Disposal on Departure Guests must ensure that no rubbish is left in the property upon check-out. Failure to remove all waste will result in a €150 waste management fee. 📝 Mandatory Guest Registration Guest registration is legally required in: 🇪🇸 Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) 🇬🇷 Greece (Law 4446/2016) Shortly before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in and register all members of the party. ❄️ Air Conditioning Schedule The air-conditioning system in the villas operates on a timer: 14:00 to 16:00 20:00 to 08:00 This schedule is designed to promote environmental sustainability and prevent excessive use of the units. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
