The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Important Information to Note: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the property, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours, and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply. Guest registration is mandatory by law in both Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
