The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. [Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of € 150]. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
